This Terms of Service & Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between LNXT Digital ("Company") and the Client ("You" or "Client"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Initial Term: This Agreement begins on the start date and continues for a minimum of three (3) months. During this initial term, neither party may terminate the agreement without cause.
Renewal: After the initial three-month term, this Agreement automatically converts to a month-to-month arrangement. Either party may terminate with thirty (30) days written notice.
LNXT Digital agrees to provide the following services:
Invoices are due upon receipt. Payment terms and pricing are outlined in the separate Service Agreement or proposal provided to the Client.
The Client agrees to:
LNXT Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Initial Term: This Agreement cannot be terminated for convenience during the first three (3) months.
Month-to-Month: After the initial term, either party may terminate with thirty (30) days written notice via email to the other party.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
